Texas Notary Fees: $25.00 Administrative/Processing fee + the fee for each notarial act listed below. Acknowledgements or Proofs (first signature) – $10.00 *Each additional signature in same document – $1.00 An Acknowledgement or Proof of Acknowledgement is a certification that a signer personally appeared before the notary, was identified by the notary, and formally declared to the notary that the signer willingly signed the document for its intended purpose. The additional signatures would be each additional signature after the first one Administering an Oath or Affirmation – $10.00 Administers an oath or affirmation to a witness in a deposition. Certifying a Photocopy – $10.00 A certificate or endorsement that the document is a true copy of the primary document. All Other Notarial Acts – $10.00 Includes any other notarial acts of completing a certificate and seal not otherwise stated. Certified Copy of Notarial Record – $1.00 per page The State of Texas Government Code Ann. § 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notary public services.

Closing & Loan Services: These fees are not statutory fees and are listed separately from Texas Notary Fees. Real Estate Closing / Loan Signing Packages (50 pages or more) – $115.00 – $200.00 Travel fees will be included in the quote. Each appointment varies based on the size of the document package and the location. Please determine the number of pages in the package, the number of client signatures, number of notarizations from me, and the physical location of the signing to calculate the mileage.
